I wanted to provide some feedback to share my appreciation for good customer service that we received from Shannon (our driver from last week). She arrived promptly, and was friendly to our team. She picked us up promptly following our tour, and drove us safely back to arrive at the estimated arrival time I had planned for.
I hope that there is a way this feedback can be communicated to her management.
